Creative Collaboration – Team Building Activity
Purpose:
Encourage teamwork, communication, and collaboration by fostering creative thinking and shared ownership of ideas.
The Activity:
- Gather your team in a comfortable space with no interruptions.
- Ask the participants to write a story about the organization.
- One person starts by contributing a part of the story, then passes it to the next person to add their part.
- While one person is contributing, everyone else listens without interrupting or commenting.
- Keep each contribution brief—around 1-2 minutes—to ensure everyone participates.
- Continue the process until everyone has had a chance to contribute once.
- After completing the activity, ask the whole group: “What is the meaning of this activity?” Allow anyone who wants to share to do so briefly.
